4. Artwork and Intellectual Property

Your Artwork

By uploading artwork, you represent and warrant that:

You own or have the right to use all content in your design
Your artwork does not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
Your artwork does not contain illegal, defamatory, or offensive content

Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to refuse to print any artwork that:

Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property
Contains hate speech, discriminatory content, or promotes violence
Depicts illegal activities
Contains pornographic or sexually explicit material
Violates any applicable laws or regulations

5. Proofs and Approval

We offer free digital proofs before production. It is your responsibility to:

Carefully review all proofs for accuracy
Check spelling, colors, and design elements
Approve proofs before production begins

Once a proof is approved or if you select "Skip Proof", we are not responsible for errors that were present in the approved artwork.

6. Production and Shipping

Production times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carrier delays
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
Natural disasters or other circumstances beyond our control
Delays in proof approval

7. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information about returns, refunds, and reprints.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Armadillo Stickers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
