At Armadillo Stickers, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help make it right.
Eligible for Refund or Reprint
We will provide a full refund or free reprint if:
- Printing errors: Colors are significantly different from the proof, print quality is poor, or there are visible defects
- Cutting errors: Stickers are not cut correctly or die-cut lines are misaligned
- Damaged in shipping: Products arrive damaged, bent, or unusable
- Wrong order: You received the wrong size, quantity, or product type
- Missing items: Your order is incomplete or items are missing
Not Eligible for Refund
We cannot offer refunds or reprints for:
- Customer errors: Spelling mistakes, wrong images, or design issues that were present in the approved proof
- Low-resolution artwork: Pixelated or blurry prints resulting from low-resolution uploaded files
- Color variations: Minor color differences due to monitor calibration (we print in CMYK)
- Change of mind: Orders where you simply changed your mind or no longer need the stickers
- Skipped proofs: Issues that would have been caught in the proof review for orders that selected "Skip Proof"
How to Request a Refund
Contact Us Within 14 Days
Email us at support@armadillostickers.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Provide Order Details
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos showing the problem.
We Review Your Request
Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.
Resolution
If approved, you can choose a full refund or a free reprint shipped to you at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
- Before production: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before production begins
- During production: Once printing has started, orders cannot be cancelled
- After shipping: Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled
To cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@armadillostickers.com with your order number.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
